Sticky notes are free-floating annotations you can place anywhere on the canvas. Unlike comments, they are not pinned to a single screen, so they are perfect for ideas, reminders, section headers, or a heads-up for a teammate.

Add a sticky note

Choose the sticky note tool

Select the sticky note tool from the toolbar.

Place it

Drop the note anywhere on the canvas, or inside a frame to attach it to that flow.

Write

Add your text. Drag the note to reposition it any time.

Notes feed the AI

Like comments, sticky notes are read by Flow chat as context. The assistant can take your notes into account when answering questions or summarizing a flow.
Use sticky notes to label sections of a large canvas, for example marking which frame is which competitor, so the layout stays easy to read.
