Comments let you annotate specific screens with feedback, questions, and ideas. They stay pinned to the screen for context, so a discussion never loses track of what it is about.

Add a comment

1

Choose the comment tool

Select the comment tool from the toolbar, or open a screen’s properties panel.
2

Pin it to a screen

Place the comment on the screen you want to annotate.
3

Write and add tags

Type your comment. Add a tag to categorize feedback, for example by topic or severity.

Tags

Built-in tags include Improvement, Idea, Inspiration, Bug, Question, and Praise. You can also create project-scoped custom tags from the tag picker:
  1. Open the tag picker and type a name.
  2. Choose Create to add it for this project.
  3. Rename or delete a custom tag from the picker when your vocabulary changes.
Custom tags stay with the project (including when you publish or instantiate a template). Built-in tags remain available for everyone.

Threads

Comments are threaded, so you and your collaborators can reply to keep a conversation in one place. On a shared canvas, viewers can leave comments too, depending on how you have set up sharing.

Comments feed the AI

The Flow chat assistant reads your comments as context. Ask it to list or summarize them, for example “What are the comments on the legal pages?”, and it answers with clickable citation chips. Click a chip to jump back to that comment on the canvas.

Save AI reports as comments

When you generate an AI report, you can add it to the screen as a comment so the analysis stays attached for your team to review.
