Comments let you annotate specific screens with feedback, questions, and ideas. They stay pinned to the screen for context, so a discussion never loses track of what it is about.
Pin it to a screen
Place the comment on the screen you want to annotate.
Write and add tags
Type your comment. You can add tags to categorize feedback, for example by topic or severity.
Threads
Comments are threaded, so you and your collaborators can reply to keep a conversation in one place. On a shared canvas, viewers can leave comments too, depending on how you have set up sharing.
The Flow chat assistant reads your comments as context. That means you can scatter notes across a flow, then ask the assistant to pull them together or act on them.
When you generate an AI insight report, you can add it to the screen as a comment so the analysis stays attached for your team to review.
Use tags consistently (for example, “friction”, “accessibility”, “copy”) so you can scan a flow’s feedback at a glance.
