The canvas toolbar holds the core tools for working with your map. Switch between them depending on what you are doing.

HandPan around the canvas by dragging.
SelectClick or box-select screens to move, align, or delete them.
CommentDrop a comment pinned to a screen.
Sticky noteAdd a free-floating sticky note anywhere.
New flowStart a new flow frame on the canvas.
Add screenshotAdd a screen by upload, paste, or URL.
Lock / unlockFreeze or unfreeze the layout so screens do not move.

Selection tools

When you select more than one screen, alignment and distribution controls appear so you can:
  • Align screens to the same edge or center.
  • Distribute screens evenly to even out spacing.
  • Move or delete the whole selection at once.

Lock and unlock

Screens are unlocked by default, so you can rearrange freely. Lock the layout when you want to present or avoid accidental moves, then unlock to edit again.
Many actions are also available from the chat using slash commands, which is handy for reorganizing without manual dragging.
