## Export options

* **Quality**: control the resolution of the output.
* **Background**: choose the background for the exported image.
* **Connectors**: include or hide the [connections](/canvas/connections) between screens.
* **Comments**: include or hide [comments](/collaborate/comments).

## Export a single screenshot

To export just one screen rather than the whole canvas, use the download or copy options in the [properties panel](/canvas/properties-panel). See [Screenshots](/canvas/screenshots).

## Export to Figma

To import frames, stickies, comments, and connectors into a Figma Design file, use [Export to Figma](/share/export-to-figma) and the [BenchCanvas Import](https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1664042421119551550) Figma plugin.

<Note>
  During the private beta, high-resolution PDF and PNG export is available on the Free plan. Removing branding from [share links](/share/share-links) is part of the paid plans. See [Plans](/plans).
